Cancellations & Refunds

• Clients may cancel the project before work begins to receive a full refund.
• If work has begun, charges will apply based on progress and hours spent.

• No refund will be provided after final project delivery.
• In exceptional cases (e.g., failed project start, miscommunication), partial refunds may be discussed.

All refund/cancellation requests must be raised within 7 working days of payment.
