All payments are subject to prior agreement. Work may begin after partial or full advance payment, as agreed per project. Late payments may delay timelines.

All shared business data will remain confidential and will not be shared without prior written consent.

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables unless otherwise mentioned in writing.

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued usage implies agreement with the current version.

• If work has begun, charges will apply based on progress and hours spent.

• No refund will be provided after final project delivery.
• In exceptional cases (e.g., failed project start, miscommunication), partial refunds may be discussed.

All refund/cancellation requests must be raised within 7 working days of payment.
